After Sales Service Policies

You have 14 days to change your mind, from the date of receipt of the product. Within this period, you must contact us by email or via the contact section, to expressly let us know your desire to return the product.

This rule is applicable immediately for all products in the shop that are not on sale.

The latter will be returned, at the customer's expense, in its original condition and packaging, to the address of one of our relay points which will be communicated to you according to your geographical location.


Once received, if the product meets the return conditions, there are two possibilities, the first we operate a refund of the amount paid during the customer order, the second we send at our expense, a second product which will come replace the first one.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
