Tous vos colis sont livrés via les services de la poste Colissimo et Chronopost, en charge de votre commune. A noter que depuis le mois de mars 2020, ces derniers gardent les colis en stock 4 à 5 ouvrés avant livraison, par mesure de précaution sanitaire.
Toutes nos équipes logistique étant équipées de masques, gel hydroalcoolique et respectant scrupuleusement les gestes barrières, vos colis ne comportent aucun risque sanitaire quel qu'il soit.
Votre numéro de suivi n'est pas reconnu ci dessous? Ne vous en faîtes pas, armez vous d'un peu de patience, les services de la poste sont en train de traiter votre colis sur leur dépôt pour une livraison dans la foulée.

You have 14 days to change your mind, from the date of receipt of the product. Within this period, you must contact us by email or via the contact section, to expressly let us know your desire to return the product.

This rule is applicable immediately for all products in the shop that are not on sale.

The latter will be returned, at the customer's expense, in its original condition and packaging, to the address of one of our relay points which will be communicated to you according to your geographical location.

Once received, if the product meets the return conditions, there are two possibilities, the first we operate a refund of the amount paid during the customer order, the second we send at our expense, a second product which will come replace the first one.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
